This Return & Refund policy is valid for Products delivered in INDIA.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, if an order is placed and then canceled within the same day, a 7% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount. This fee covers bank processing charges incurred during the transaction.

Return Information:

Customers have the right to return the defective or wrong product received up to 7 days after the arrival of the order.

The product can easily be returned. The actual return cost of the product is bared by the company, if the product is Defective or wrong item received.

On email (support@uniqkart.in) request the shipping label will be shared, which can be attached on the package to be returned.

Note: Only Products in "NEW" (unused) condition can be returned, all packing materials and accessories, manual and parts of the product to be added in the return package. We reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of usage.

*New - These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Refund Information:

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 2-4 business days using the same payment method you used when ordering. If your Order Placed through Gift Certificates, refund would be provided in a fresh Gift Certificate of the same value.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding return and refunds.
